It is essential
to take culture into account in the teaching of foreign languages, not
only to communicate effectively, but also because it represents an
ethical problem; combating xenophobia and
ethnocentrism, avoiding prejudice and discrimination is more than ever a
concern for educators and those interested in education.
It is necessary that students acquire intercultural competence themselves before integrating into society. We wanted to remember the fundamental principles of problematic and intercultural pedagogy.
